Cancellation and Refunds

You can cancel your SageTube subscription anytime. Here's what happens when you cancel.

How to Cancel

  1. Go to your Account Settings
  2. Click on the "Billing" tab
  3. Click "Cancel Subscription"
  4. Confirm your cancellation

Your cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period. You'll continue to have access until then.

What Happens to Your Content

When you cancel:

  • Your Experts and all content remain accessible until the end of your billing period
  • After your subscription ends, your account converts to the free Starter plan
  • You'll retain access to your content within Starter plan limits (3 content sources, 50 queries per month)
  • Any content exceeding Starter limits becomes view-only until you delete items or upgrade

Remaining Balance

Your wallet balance remains available after cancellation. You can continue using SageTube on a pay-as-you-go basis with your remaining balance.

Refunds

SageTube does not offer refunds for:

  • Used wallet balance
  • Partial subscription periods
  • Processed transcriptions or chat queries

If you believe you were charged in error, contact our support team at support@sagetube.ai.

Reactivating Your Subscription

You can reactivate your subscription anytime from the Billing page. Your previous Experts and content will still be available.
