Wallet and Balance

SageTube uses a wallet-based system to manage your usage costs. Your balance covers transcription, chat queries, and other platform features.

How Your Wallet Works

Your wallet balance comes from two sources:

1. Monthly Allowance: Included with your subscription plan

   • Starter: $5 one-time starting balance
   • Creator: $10/month included allowance
   • Enterprise: $35/month included allowance

2. Top-ups: Add funds anytime from your Billing page

Pay-as-You-Go Rates

When you use SageTube, costs are deducted from your balance:

• Transcription: $0.05 per minute (YouTube videos with existing captions are free)
• PDF Processing: $0.05 per page
• Chat Queries: $0.02-$0.10 per query (varies by complexity)

Enterprise plan subscribers receive a 20% discount on all pay-as-you-go charges.

Balance Rollovers

Your unused balance carries over month to month. If you have $8 remaining when your next monthly allowance arrives, the new allowance is added to your existing balance.

Checking Your Balance

View your current balance anytime from:

• The Dashboard header
• Your Billing page
• Account settings

You'll receive notifications when your balance runs low.

Top-Up

To add funds to your wallet, visit your Billing page and click "Add Funds". Choose an amount and complete payment via Stripe.
