How "Top-Ups" Work

Monthly Reset: At the start of the billing cycle, the user's "Included Allowance" resets.

Overage: If the user consumes their included allowance before the month ends, the system automatically switches to deducting funds from their Wallet Balance.

Topping Up: Users can click "Add Funds" to deposit money ($10, $20, $50, etc.) into their Wallet Balance. This balance never expires and rolls over month-to-month.
